* Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students ONLY. The student rate is not available to post-doctorates.
* The registration fee includes lunch expenses for Sep. 11, 12 and 13 (JPY 500 per one meal).
* The registration fee includes bus transportation expense (JPY 2,000 for round trip to Hakone on Sep. 14 & 15), and accommodation fee at Hakone (JPY 8,000 for Sep. 14’s night).
* At Hakone, following Japanese tradition, Japanese style rooms are shared by 5 to 8 persons. If you prefer a single room, we will prepare a single room in nearby hotel with extra expense JPY 15,000. In that case, please contact us by the end of July.
* At Hakone, if you come with your family, please contact us by the end of July. Attendance fee for accompany persons is JPY 10,000 per person. We might provide one room for your family.
* The receipt will be deriverd by PDF file.
